Cycle 03:

the cycle & more

  • I’m Luke Pickering, known to millions as NitroLukeDX. While I launched my career as a gaming influencer, my passion has expanded into sculpting physical excellence. These days, I train hard at Physique Architect Gyms under the expert eye of my lead coach, John Berry, alongside my coach Ben Hughes. My journey isn’t just about strength—it’s about resilience. And when it comes to recovery, I’ve got Charlie, my go-to for massage and well-being.

From influencer to athlete, I’ve transitioned my dedication to structure, discipline, and pushing boundaries. I’ve learned the grind from the digital world, and now I apply that same relentless focus to bodybuilding—whether cutting or bulking. My approach is all about precision, from my meal plans to my cycles. And while I’ve inspired millions online, today, I’m all about inspiring that next level of personal transformation.

  • Luke Pickering, known as NitroLukeDX, is a well-known gaming influencer with millions of followers, particularly on platforms like YouTube and Facebook Gaming. During 2019’s lockdown, he was actually the world’s number one Call of Duty streamer, though not always taken seriously since it was on Facebook. Beyond gaming, he made a big impact by creating the first esports qualifications for neurodiverse and disabled children. He’s been influencing since his early teens, starting his online persona at around age nine, and even entertained kids with Minecraft content in his earlier years.

  • This cycle evolved week by week, so exact dosages varied. In broad terms, I used around 300 mg of testosterone, 300 mg of equipoise, and 150 mg of tren weekly. Note that tren began mid-January, and test and EQ increased over time. These weren’t single-day doses; I split them into three injections per week to keep levels steady.

I also used Retrotutide, a fat burner. I started at 1 mg per week, gradually increasing to 6 mg by the end. Just like the others, I split Retrotutide into at least two injections per week.

Mornings began with fasted cardio: one hour on the treadmill, followed by Clen, T3, and Yohimbine. I’d then have my first meal. On non-leg days, pre-gym, I took two Dbol to enhance the pump. After training, more cardio and another Clen capped off the day.

Cut Meal Structure (December 1st – February 29th)

    • 1st meal: 15 egg whites, 1 whole egg.

    • 2nd meal: 2 scoops isolate protein, 5 g creatine.

    • 3rd, 4th, and 5th meals: zero fats, keto macros (about 8 weeks in ketosis).

    • 6th meal: 2 scoops isolate protein, 5 g creatine.

    • 7th meal: 15 egg whites, 1 whole egg.

During the cut, I also used Arimidex, which helps control estrogen levels. While I didn’t have a set dosage, I would bite half a tablet and take it twice a week. This was just to keep everything balanced while managing my testosterone-related estrogen. It was part of ensuring the cut stayed effective and controlled throughout.

December had its struggles—missed meals, off days. January saw around 60% effort, while February was locked in and flawless. This was my first cut, a challenge, but a successful one.

  • In my bulk phase, everything is structured yet adaptable, and all weekly amounts are split into three injections per week. Currently, I’m taking 500 mg of testosterone and 500 mg of deca weekly. To manage estrogen levels, I use Arimidex—biting half a tablet twice a week (Monday and Friday).

I’m also incorporating Turinabol, at 50 mg daily. I split that into 25 mg in the morning and 25 mg about five hours later. This current cycle is a working plan—subject to change as I progress and adjust.

In my second month of my bulk phase, I decided to discontinue both the retatrutide and the turinabol. For context, I do continue to take 40 milligrams of DECA prior to training, except on leg day, when I refrain from doing so.
